The new decals are on the way. Here is a sneak preview!

TBA Decals

Over the years, I have been on a lot of “meet the guys on the forum” type of motorcycle rides, and there always held in an area known for its premium twisty roads. Once the riding starts, most of those riders usually play out after a couple hundred miles and favor a more social gathering. There are always a few, that if they’re going to be around twisty roads, they’re going to be riding, and that same few usually ride like this anyway! That’s where the TBA comes in! The TBA was formed simply as a venue for riders with the same interest to come together and establish a high standard for riding motorcycles in the twisties! The 500 miles in 12 hours or less was just simply taken from an established standard, the IBA SS1K. Unlike an IBA ride that can be done anywhere, a TBA ride requires a lot more thought, route preparation, and can only be accomplished in a few select areas. Promoters for TBA “All Day” rides, will set the bar high. A TBA ride is not for everyone nor should it be. To complete a TBA ride, a rider should have well above average riding skills, be physically and mentally prepared, and have a well prepared machine. When you do a TBA ride, you need to bring your lunch, have on some good rubber and get ready for some serious, on the gas, “All Day” riding! Promoters hold the key to the quality of TBA events, the more difficult, the higher the quality.

I know that most scoff at the TBA idea, saying “I like to take it easy, relax and enjoy myself” fine, if that’s how you like to ride I recommend you avoid TBA rides.

The TBA doesn’t just belong to me or Mark; it belongs to all of us twisted freaks that like riding motorcycles “All Day” and fast in the twisties! We have just started with the website and forum and neither was intended for anything other than promoting TBA type riding, there are plenty of other sites and forums for everything else!!!

So drop on in, let us know what you think and sign up for the next TBA event in your area.
